Please ensure that you identify yourself with your eBay order number and name in the parcel, failure to do this will result in a delayed refund.


Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty, or the wrong item has been shipped. We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return for a refund and place a new order. The item(s) will need to be returned in their original condition but please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund on underwear, swimwear and cosmetics, unless they are sealed in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we receive your parcel, please allow 7-10 working days for it to be checked and processed.

From the time of your purchase, please allow 24 working hours for your order to be dispatched and then it should be delivered by the estimated date at checkout. Delivery will be made by a dedicated driver at RoyalMail and postage and packaging is completely free.
