Dispatch Time

We aim to ship 'Same Day' up to 14:00 Mon-Fri.  We know how important it is for you to receive your items promptly.  However this is not always possible.  We advise you to contact us before commiting to buy our products to save any dissapointment (especially if your item is a gift for a special occasion).  We can not be held resposible for delays caused through no fault of ours.

Packaging & Handling

We pride ourselves on the condition of the items we sell.  With this in mind we know how important it is to package your items securely, so as to ensure you receive the items in the same condition as pictured.  We recycle packaging as standard good practice.

• All boxed and unboxed consoles are sent inside a double wall cardboard boxes.
• Games and other similar sized items, with a value of less than £30 are usually packaged inside jiffy envelopes.
• Games and other similar items, with a value of more than £30 are automatically upgraded to include cardboard layer for additional protection during transit.  We will sometimes package more fragile items inside a box.

Additional Packaging Surcharge

If your item has a value of less than £30 and you require additional packaging - We can still offer this but a surcharge will be applicable.  £3 for additional cardboard layer or £7 for a small box.  This is to cover the cost of the additional packaging and/or the additional postage cost as a result of the additional packaging.  Please contact us to discuss.

Outside of Europe - Allow 30 days for a delivery estimate delivery speeds can vary due to location or country some will arrive well within the estimate.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers are only available to customers who choose this as their preferred mailing option at the checkout stage.  If tracking is important to you, we advise you to choose this option otherwise we will be very limited in terms of what we can do to assist you with tracing an order.   Please allow the timescales to expire prior to contacting us regarding the whereabouts of your order.  

Presentation

We pride ourselves on ensuring items are presented to our customers in an ‘as described’ condition.  There is nothing more frustrating than expecting to receive something only to find that when you unpackage your item, the product looks nothing like the item you thought you were buying. 

• All items are checked thoroughly prior to despatch and we will always change any damaged/dirty cases and where possible will remove labels from manuals and/or cases.  
• All controllers and consoles are tested for full functionality and cleaned and disinfected.

30 Day Return

You have 30 calendar days (latest) after the estimated or actual delivery date.

Who pays for return postage?

We pay for return postage if the item was damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the listing description.

You pay for return postage if you're returning the item because you changed your mind.  We suggest using a trackable method, so as to ensure the order is returned safely.

I LIVE IN AMERICA.  WILL GAMES FROM THE UK WORK ON MY PS1 OR PS2 CONSOLE?

No.  Consoles are region locked which means American consoles use a different encoding system to the UK.  American consoles use NTSC and the UK use PAL.

I LIVE IN AMERICA.  WILL GAMES FROM THE UK WORK ON MY PS3 OR PS4 CONSOLE?

Yes.  PS3 & PS4 consoles are region free which means they are compatible with any game from anywhere around the world.

I AM A COLLECTOR.  CAN YOU SHIP MY GAME IN A BOX? 

Yes.  You must contact us immediately after you pay for your order to request this service (an additional charge may be applicable).  Otherwise all games, controllers and other small accessories are despatched in bubble envelopes as standard.

HAS THE DLC VOUCHER CODE BEEN USED?  

Unless the game is sealed in cellophane, then please assume the code has been used.  That way if you receive the game and the code has not been redeemed, its a bonus!! 

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY? 

Yes.  We ship items all around the world.  If you are unsure, please contact us and we will provide a postage quote for you. 

Please note that there are currently restrictions in place for shipments to Russia for items items over 2KG.  We are only able to ship to business addresses in Russia for items over this weight limit. 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER.  WHERE IS IT? 

If you have not received your order within the timescales set out below, please contact us so we can make enquiries for you.  We will always do our best to help you in anyway we can.  All our products are shipped in distinguishable packaging which in most cases makes items easier to track down.  If you have paid for a delivery service with tracking you should be able to track the progress through your ebay.

WILL YOU COMBINE SHIPPING COSTS ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS?

Yes. The flat-rate Shipping & handling fee is £2.99 for your first game and £1.99 per additional game thereafter.  The flat-rate increases to £9.99 when the value of the first game is above £15.  However you will never pay more than £1.99 postage for any additional game purchased on combined orders,  Please contact us for postage quote on larger orders.  The more games you order the better price we can offer on postage. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

CAN I COLLECT MY ITEM IN PERSON?

Yes.  Collection is welcome from the Salisbury Plain area in Wiltshire.  

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes as long as the order has not been shipped you can contact us and we will cancel your order for you. 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes.  As long as you return the item in the same condition as when you received it then we will accept a return.  Buyer must pay return shipping on orders where the buyer have simply changed their mind.  Products that are sealed must be returned with seals intact.  We are unable to accept returns once seals have been opened. 

MY ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED.  CAN I RETURN THE ITEM?

Yes.  If in the unlikely event you feel the item you receive is not as per the ebay listing then we will accept a return.  Please contact us prior to opening a return with ebay as in most cases we can resolve issues without the need to open an ebay return.  We will always cover return postage for you in cases where an item is deemed as not as described.  For larger items we can provide a returns label and will upload this to ebay for you to print off and attach to the parcel.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As long as you selected a delivery option with tracking at the payment checkout stage we will upload tracking information to enable you to track your order with the appropriate courier.
