This is a cocktail glass that was a keepsake from The Medina Shriners of Chicago, Illinois. On the front is pictured a Shriner's Fez (hat) with the date 1971, Potentate, and the Potentate's printed signature. On the back is information about the Potentate's Ball. It's about 4 inches tall. No chips or cracks.
