Warranties

Blacksmith London Tools have a life time warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, Any product which proves to be defective will be repaired or replaced  free of charge. Blacksmith guarantees against breakage, joint failure, and corrosion under normal use.

Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and use of the items beyond their limitations. It also excludes the improper usage of an item in a way that the particular item was designed and intended to be used. Moreover, items damaged in an abusive or accidental manner are also excluded by this warranty.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

We offer free P&P on all items.

All orders placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched same day excluding weekends. Orders placed after 2:00pm on Fridays, weekends and bank holidays are dispatched for delivery on the next working day.

All items within Product Warranty can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item or another similar product.

Once you ship returned goods, please note the returned item must be with original packing.

If buyer changes mind after receiving the item or purchased item by mistake or For all returned packages with no quality problems, Blacksmith will deduct the original shipping freight from full refund.

For all packages outside of 30 days return policy, only partial refund will be credited

When returning an item, customers must ensure item is well packaged to avoid any damages in transit, otherwise refund will not be possible.
