Delivery timescales on all listings are set to 1 working day, but all items are dispatched on a daily basis and we aim to send all items ordered before 2pm out on the same day.
All items are dispatched from Sheffield, South Yorkshire in the UK
Standard Postage method is Royal mail or Hermes depending on the item's weight. However, if you require another delivery method (DPD, UPS, FEDEX etc..) please just message me and I am more than happy to send it by your preferred courier (Additional payment may be required to cover the difference).
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in it's original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, Including your delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
