All my items come from a smoke free home. I do have pets but they do not come into contact with my items, although it is possible that the odd hair or two (dog) may be transferred from my clothing during packing of items - I don't/cannot be expected to, package items whilst naked!

When your package arrives, if you are happy with it, please leave me some feedback and I will do the same for you, this allows me to see what is getting through or is being delayed, it also helps others see that we can do business in a good, timely, friendly way. If by some unfortunate circumstance you are not satisfied, please contact me before leaving neutral/negative feedback or opening a case with eBay and I will do my best to resolve any issues. 

Books (unless stated as 'new') will normally have been read once, taking care to cause as little damage/creasing as possible but any flaws will be pointed out. I do take photos of the page edges to prove that books are clean and undamaged, and can be provided on request. I actually package all books immediately after photographing so there is no opportunity for them to become marked or damaged in any way between listing and shipping. 

All clothing was either mine or my son's (I do not buy second-hand clothing to sell on) and these will (where applicable) have been washed and tumble dried but not ironed as they tend to get creased during delivery. 

Shipping costs quoted are for Royal Mail Signed For or Hermes (depending on size/weight of package) and a small administration charge to cover packaging, time and transporting to the drop-off point. Proof of shipping will be provided on request. If you require shipping outside the UK please request a price as I don't offer this as standard. Occasionally, if requested, it may be possible to use a different shipping method to that quoted, please ask BEFORE paying for your item(s) as it may not be possible or could incur an additional charge. If you pay before asking, I reserve the right to send items by my stated carrier.
