Bought from a Buddhist teacher in Sumatra these papers are used in prayer.  Traditionally these papers are used a funerary offering and burnt at the graveside during the funeral, on anniversaries of the death, or auspicious days.  These papers depict the Chinese traditional gold mold and are therefore intended to bring wealth when the deceased is reincarnated.  Although there is no apparent marking I am told that they are the fighting cock brand.
