These high quality bumper plates, are manufactured with virgin rubber (NOT recycled rubber) for a nice dead bounce. Beware of cheaper quality bumper plates with with recycled rubber which will allow rings to pop out.  The plates are built to olympic standard dimensions, so they are interchangeable with any other brand built to olympic specs.  Beware of other brands built with a random height.  These are great for a high end home gym or commercial gym.  They are great for various exercises and will be an excellent addition to your fitness/strength training routine.
