This is a very unusual high quality handmade Doll outfit that has 3 pcs. 

A FRENCH TYPE Wire headband bonnet, see it modeled on the 11" Circumference of the my little 13" Shirley Temple doll for sizing. Good fit-- I don't think it would fit a much larger head although the wire does bend to adjust bigger or smaller curve. See the pics.

The dress is composed of a stiff cambric lined inner satin slip, see photos for measurements. Slip is around 11" long from shoulder to hem. Stiff fabric.

I tried it on a 13" slim cloth body parian bisque head doll for sizing and it works with of course some room. However the outer layer stiff dress definitely is too large for her, it dwarfs her tiny head as you can see though the body fit is ok so this needs a slim doll with a larger head in my opinion. VERY pretty for an antique OR modern doll.

The outer dress is a sheer dotted TULLE trimmed in ribbons and roses that match the Head piece materials and trim. 12" from neck to hem, 3" from neck to high waist.

Obviously for a doll Taller than 12" Probably a 14-16" depending on the slimness of the body at upper area. As it flows OUT from a high waist the tummy won't be a problem.
