This is a kit and assembly is required. Offered is laser cut kit to make a wood storage shed or a catch all storage barn for storing scrap items. The kit consists of 1/16” mat board, cardstock and wood veneer to add a realistic touch to the completed kit. The kit has been designed with ease of assembling in mind and instructions are provided. The mat board pieces in the kit are unpainted. Mat board is used for all parts except the rear vertical siding and roof. The kit includes one piece of wood veneer vertical siding and 8 pieces for the shelving. The wood vertical siding and shelves can be painted, weathered or left natural. The cardstock roof has been painted a metallic silver. Laser cut precision for true-scale accuracy.

This Kit is Version 1

Version 1 has the design of the boards on the wood shelving running from the front of the building to the back. This offers the appearance of a solid floor without any gaps for each storage level. Each wood shelf is first glued to a mat board support prior to being glued in place. The appearance Version 1 is more refined and less rustic than Version 2.  

Acrylic paints and spray painted work well when painting mat board and cardstock. To assemble this kit, you will need your favorite glue (we used yellow wood glue), paint in your color choices and the addition of weathering is optional.
