All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Osborne Park, WA
- All orders will be shipped by the next business day and delivered within 3-10 business days, please allow a few extra days for any remote or rural locations.
- Please make sure your delivery address in Ebay is correct as this is what we use to address your parcel. We can add any delivery instructions on your label to assist the delivery driver.
- Express shipping or signature on delivery is available at extra cost.
- In nobody is at the delivery address, the delivery driver will leave the parcel unattended or dropped off at your nearest parcel drop off location for security reasons.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels once it has been scanned in by Australia Post.
