I strive for 5 star customer service.   I handle each item with the utmost care, it doesn’t matter to me if you paid $1 for an item or $100 it receives the same care & attention.  If there is any problem with you item once you receive it, please contact me before opening a case or leaving negative or neutral feedback.  If you wish to return an item you must contact me within 3 days of delivery of the item. Returns are only accepted if an item is grossly misrepresented by me. I do understand that each case is different, so please contact me if you have any issues.  I am always willing to listen & work out a mutually satisfactory solution.

I always combine shipping when possible on multiple purchases please ask for combined invoice before paying for items separately.
