Lilium taliense is a perennial in the Liliaceae family. A native to China. It can grow up to 6 feet tall but usually seen only four feet. This Turk's cap has speckles that are purple to almost black. It will grow in most soils with good drainage. Light shade is preferred for nse to grow beautifully. It blooms in June Zones 5-10
Germination
Keep lily seeds frozen in a tightly sealed plastic bag until you are ready to sow. Sow seeds 1/2' deep in the soil and keep moist in a sunny location. Germination occurs in 3-4 weeks. You will have strong plants with mature stems in 3 years.
