Antique 15ct gold combination pencil with lovely intaglio seal to the end. When I say combination, one of the slide down buttons reveals the pencil, the other brings down a shovel type implement. I'm not sure what this is for, perhaps to collect excess graphite? I would say the slide down button for the pencil is quite loose so when you put pressure to write it will retract back up unless your thumb holds the slide button. I'm not sure if this even a fault as your natural thumb position when writing would be to hold the slide bottom. The other slide button for the shovel type implement is a lot more stiff.

As with much antique gold it is not hallmarked but has been fully tested to 15ct gold. Total weight is 15.5 grams however a percentage would be the brass pencil mechanism. The pencil measures 9cms closed and just over 11cms long with the pencil extended.
