10.75x9".  "C. Rammling" was at 312 Pennsylvania Ave. in a 1912 newspaper advertisement.  This appears to be an early sightseeing tour bus--the young man in the passenger side of the driver's seat has a megaphone.  Next to the Rammling market is the sign of "Hip Chung Lung & Sons", and on the other side "Waters Harness", which probably didn't last much longer with motorized buses hitting the streets.  Chain driven truck, with hard rubber tires.  I suppose this photo was sold to one of the dour men on board the bus.  These buildings occupy the spot across the street from the current East Building of the National Gallery.  To the rear of these gentleman was a view of the US Capitol.  Anyone know the make of the bus frame and engine?  I'm assuming the coach was custom built.
