Unusual and very old hand embroidered and beaded antique badge or pin.  The stiff backing is glued over the reverse side of the needlework with an old safety pin type attachment glued on.  Green stamp marks look like India and some numbers.  Very old most likely from the Victorian era based on the bullion work.  The beading and stitching are in good shape except for the center glass pearl which has some finish loss .
