Postage

This item is sent with first class postage. The service normally used is via Royal Mail first class. This service takes 1-2 days and we aim to send out either same day of payment received or next working day. If you are in urgent need of the item, please ask if we can send quicker, as we will always do our best to help.

Unfortunately when useing Royal Mail, on very few occassions a parcel can go missing. Do not worry though as we do sort out the problem. Royal Mail unfortunately do not feel a parcel is lost until 15 working days has passed, but please talk to us as we will do what we can to make your buying experience as painless as possible. And remember this does rarely happen.

We do have a courier service available, and if you are in desperate need of an item that is guaranteed to be delivered on a certain day please email us and we can quote on price and advise what we can do.
