Return requests must be submitted no later than 14 days after the arrival of the item. The product must be returned as "new": no scratches, breakages, damages, tampering and signs of assembly, the original packaging must also be returned and a copy of the shipping document must be provided. Shipping costs are charged to the buyer. TuningBike reserves the right to check the status of the returned product, and to decide, in case of tampering or in the presence of damaged goods, the amount to be returned.
