Shipping

Australian Customers: We ship from Perth, Western Australia using Australia Post eParcel. All shipments are fully tracked and guaranteed. 

Domestic Standard Shipping is free. Express Post has a small postage fee.

International: As above. Shipping times are returning to normal now with increased international flights, although there can occasionally still be some slight delays compared to pre-2020. 

International shipping is charged according to location, eBay will automatically calculate this fee at checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

We offer a full guarantee on all of our products. You have 30 days to return any item. 

We offer free refunds and exchanges if:

• Goods are faulty or not as described
• The incorrect item or size was sent

If there is any error on our end (such as the two listed examples above), we also cover return postage for any exchanges.  

If you ordered an item, and the correct item was sent, but you wish to exchange it (for example if it doesn’t fit), we will exchange it for you for free. In this case the buyer pays return postage on the item, but we will send out the replacement item free of charge (domestically- this does not apply to international orders). Note in case of an exchange for an item not fitting/buyer change of mind, any postage fees (express postage, international postage) are not refundable as we cannot recoup these costs. Return to sender fees due to buyer error or change of mind will be deducted from any refunds.

Note: Items must be returned in new condition with original tags and packaging for full refunds to be processed. Note the original packaging and tags is as important as the item itself, without these we cannot resell the item. Please keep tags and packaging when trying on in case of return. Manual refunds take 24-72 hours (1-3 business days) to be processed. 

SIZING: 

Sizing printed on the sandals is in MENS US/AUS sizes. We have adjusted the sizes in the variations already to show both men's and women's sizes, so you don't need to do any calculations!
