You are buying 1 piece only of the dual bit holder as shown in first picture.  Works with Craftsman V20 20 volt max lithium powered tools ONLY with mounting slots for belt hooks or bit clips. (Please see pic to verify your tool has a similar mount area for this accessory) These are the Craftsman line sold at Lowes, Amazon, Rona etc., not the ones sold in Sears stores. Tool model #'s usually start with "CM" (any questions please holla before purchase :)

You can mount on either side of the tool or buy two and have one on each side allowing you carry four bits onboard.  

***Bits slide in from the open end of the clip (don't try to snap them in from the top).  Designed for bits 2" or longer and not intended for the stubby 1" long bit.
