I can fit one yard, 36"x58" in a padded flat rate envelope, which is 9.5"x12.5" which the base rate is $26.90 and can be up to -+$40
I can fit 2 yards in the Medium Flat rate Box for the base rate of $59.55 and can be up to +- $90
