It is made by Napco.

My mom purchased this as a souvenir from it looks like Vicksburg, that she wrote on the bottom.

It is white with painted diamond designs of blue, black and white.

It has a very rough texture and handles.

It is 5" tall and 2 1/2" wide and the widest place.

It is in excellent condition.
