Vintage battery op toy in the original box from the late 1980s!  This is Happy Bear, the roller skating bear!  Plush toy with roller skates on feet, dressed in overalls.  Bear measures 15 inches tall.  His hands and legs are made of hard vinyl.  He can skate with his hands behind his back!!  He glides on one foot, then the other!!  Adorable toy bear with no damages.
