Vintage 1950s Well Loved Brown Faux Leather Handbag Fabric Lining Elbief Frame

Condition is used- In well loved vintage condition showing signs of use and some general marks to the outer shell commensurate with age and use. Wear to the lining at the sides. Which has been restitched. Some pressure marks to the outer shell. Some tarnishing to the metal work The handles do not stand up on their own.

The bag has a nice faux leather exterior and a brown well loved fabric interior. See condition  

Size 11 x 7.5 x 2.5 inches (width height depth )

The outer shell is in good Well Loved condition with signs of mild use.

Snap closure gold toned raised square shaped push back clasp along with gold toned fittings.

The base of the bag is clean  

The inside lining shows signs of wear and signs of use

Inside there is one zipped pocket

The handles are double  stitched and are both in good condition showing signs of mild wear.

The handles do not stand up on their own.

The bag has an Elbief frame with the earlier round mark. 

Elbief was a Birmingham based company that made frames for British made handbag from the late 1940s through to the late 1970s.
