Bed & Mattress Measurements
30 Days returns period on any item, new and unused. Mattresses must not have been slept on. As the returns cost is the responsibility of the Buyer we would advise to please consider this before unpackaging your new mattress.
All items should be returned as they arrived with you - securely wrapped, with their original packaging.
The return cost is the Buyers responsibility and we would always advise using a tracked service, for your own peace of mind. Once back with us items will be inspected and a full refund issued, usually within two working days.
