Self-leveling steel fretting caul for pressing in frets on any stringed instrument.

 

   Use your drill press! this self-leveling steel fretting caul has a 3/8" shank to fit your shop arbor press or your drill press. Pressing in frets is faster (and quieter!) than hammering fret.

 

   These 2-1/2"-wide brass caul inserts with milled groove on the bottom keeps each caul properly centered on the fret. An adjustable allen screw holds your choice of radius brass inserts firmly in place.

 

   This listing includes 1 Caul plus 5 brass inserts,  6", 7.25",  9.5", 12", and 16" radius.
