Description:

This Board Support Same-Port board and split-port wiring method, this protection board uses 15 high-power ultra-low internal resistance MOS tubes (discharge 8 and charge 7), support the discharge current 60A in the same mouth mode, charge current 60A, split port Mode discharge current 80A, charge current 60A. Not a low-power MOS on the market. A single MOS tube blocks the bottom to 3 milliohms.

For continuous currents exceeding 50A or requiring lower heat generation, solder the copper wire as follows.
Precautions:
Note 1: The B-, C-, and P- lines should be connected with thick wires, and ensure that the pads are properly soldered to the positive and negative electrodes of the corresponding device.
Note 2: before installing the protection board, the battery must match well (each battery voltage difference is not higher than 0.05V, the internal resistance difference is not greater than 5mΩ, the capacity difference is less than 30mAh), the protection board is to protect each string of batteries, as long as A string of battery voltages that are too high or too low will protect it. The better the battery consistency, the more durable the entire battery, and the best performance of the protection board.
Note 3: Single batteries must be connected in parallel to the required number of battery packs, and then use the batteries in series.
Note 4: When connecting each battery in series, please make sure that the voltage of each battery is the same. If not, please fill each battery separately and use it in series. In the discharge test, the battery with the fastest voltage drop is the bad battery.
Note 5: Do not mix good and bad batteries. The capacity of the battery pack should be as close as possible to the internal resistance.
Note 6: Lithium battery protection board is strictly prohibited to use in series.
