It is your responsibility to read the title, description, item specifics, and check the photos.  Please feel free to ask any questions.   We generally respond very quickly and will answer anything to the best of our ability.  Expiration Dates for Consumable items are displayed in the item specifics.

Shipping

We ship every item on 1 day handling and are part of the eBay Global Shipping Program for International buyers. Check our feedback, you WILL get your item quickly!

It is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is accurate.  The cost of shipping is high and we will only ship your item to you for free ONCE.  Reshipment for invalid addresses, refused packages or any other error not at our fault are subject to a deduction from your refund at our discretion.

Refunds for lost packages must wait 15 days from the shipping date before receiving a refund.  These carrier errors usually work themselves out.

Problems with International Orders through eBay's Global Shipping Program, must contact eBay customer support.  Once eBay receives our item, they become the seller.

Returns

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE EXACT CONDITION THEY WERE SENT.  Any consumable (food, supplements, vitamins) cannot be returned once opened or used.

We accept returns for any reason, and pay for the return shipping for most reasons.  

We will not pay for return shipping for: Changed My Mind or Ordered By Mistake.  These returns will be subject to a deduction equal to the cost of the return shipping.

Any bogus return will be turned over to eBay and handled appropriately.

As previously mentioned, we generally respond to messages very quickly.  If there's a problem, PLEASE free to message us for a solution before leaving Neutral or Negative feedback. Please note seller feedback is for customer service.  Please do not leave an item review on our feedback section.  There is a separate section for that.  If you're happy with our customer service, PLEASE leave us positive.  We have overwhelming positive feedback due to our great customer service!
