It's a woven, semi-smooth to the touch fabric and it has a slight sheen to it.  Quality made with a Psychedelic floral paisley print design, gorgeous bold colors and an extremely flattering fit. Versatile Vintage look. From cocktail party, special occasion, semi-formal to formal.  You can wear this piece to weddings, on Easter Sunday, or even for a casual stroll in the park if you're feeling fancy.  Hip, yet classy.  This is a fantastic vintage piece.
