2 inch long, Good condition, looks unused, wood, light scratches, rusty hooks, marked Atlantic Lures Inc Frantic Antic

I'm not an expert on fishing lures. I purchased numerous fishing tackle box decades ago. Some of the lures are used and some are unused. I do not know the date of these lures are from. possible from the 1940's or 50's, These lures have no makers markings.
