We do offer collection or pickup so please contact us prior purchase to arrange pick up. We are qualified technicians and we endeavour to make sure you receive a high quality item. All parts that are listed are sold with a manufacturer's warranty of 12 months from date of purchase against manufacturing faults only. Our parts are for automotive use only. Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or exchange or replacement if you change your mind or purchase incorrect parts. A handling fee of $40 will be charged so please check carefully that the part you are about to purchase is correct and suitable for your vehicle prior to buying. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to check and confirm that any listed part numbers, including OEM numbers in the listing, match the original numbers on the part you are replacing prior to purchase. If unsure, please contact us and we will try our best to match your part. **Faulty Items: Please contact us either through eBay, using the "Contact Seller" link in your eBay purchase history area, or contacting us directly at the workshop if you need to return a product purchased from eBay.
