All my items come from a smoke free home. I do have a dog but he does not come into contact with my items, although it is possible that the odd hair or two may be transferred from my clothing during packing of items - I do not/cannot be expected to, package items whilst naked!

When your package arrives, if you are happy with it, please leave me some feedback and I will do the same for you, this allows me to see what is getting through or is being delayed. If by some unfortunate circumstance you are not satisfied, please contact me before leaving neutral/negative feedback or opening a case with eBay and I will do my best to resolve any issues. 

Books (unless stated as 'new') will normally have been read once, taking care to cause as little damage/creasing as possible but any flaws will be pointed out. I actually package all books immediately after photographing so there is no opportunity for them to become marked or damaged in any way between listing and shipping. 

All clothing will (where applicable) have been washed and tumble dried but not ironed as they tend to get creased during delivery. 

Shipping costs quoted are for Royal Mail Signed For or Hermes (depending on size/weight of package) and and administration charge to cover packaging, time, transporting to the drop-off point and ebay fees. If you require shipping outside the UK please request a price as I don't offer this as standard.
