Poster, British Railways, British Railways Locomotives by A N Wolstenholme, about 1956. Coloured lithograph depicting the view looking down on 21 different types of British Railways locomotive lined up on tracks outside a motive power depot. They include the standard class steam locomotives, two electric locomotives, the Fell diesel and gas turbine locomotives, and the 0-6-0 diesel shunter later known as the Class 08. Each class is identified by a number, with the legend below.
