Please also be aware that installing aftermarket bodykits is NOT just a "Direct bolt-on" job. It requires extra labour work such as trial fitting, drilling holes, filling gaps, sanding...etc. These procedures may incur higher charges from the panel shops and it could be expensive. Buyers must put these charges as their consideration before purchase. We could not control how your panel shops charge customers for the installation works. Therefore we advise customers to obtain a quotation for these works before the purchase. Bodykit fitting and spray painting services are available in our Melbourne store. All selling products are hand-laid. Due to the nature of these materials and the manufacturing processing, please do NOT expect the product to be straight-fitted without any work. Usually, with just some minor adjustments, the products could be fitted easily and nicely. For example, if the fiberglass is laid too thick, then just thin out the fiberglass a little bit by sanding. Just a few steps could make a difference to the fitment of the parts. Please beware that we do NOT guarantee perfect fitment. If you would like to achieve perfection without doing any work on these products, then please do NOT commit to the purchase. You should choose the original factory plastic bodykits instead.


Our factory suppliers use hydraulic molding production to ensure our products' fitment is closest to OEM standards. However, with the vast possibilities, product(s) may not be fitted perfectly. There maybe some reasons such as a vehicle not being well repaired after accidents, a strong heat environment, improper storage of product, poor installation...etc. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to trial-fit all products before painting. For extreme fitment cases, we may offer product exchange or replacement (please refer to the 'RETURNS' sections for details). Please note any products that have been painted, hole drilled, altered, or modified are NON-RETURNABLE.


Removal of reinforcement brace maybe necessary for some bumper installations. Our products may not be compatible with some aftermarket intercooler front mounts, modification maybe required for fitting.


For inexperienced customers, we do NOT recommend installing the product by themselves. We strongly recommend professional installation by an experienced bodykit handling panel shop or performance shop. A panel shop with 10 years of crash repairing experience but no experience in handling aftermarket bodykit is also NOT recommended.

For damaged delivery, please report us and provide the related photos on the date of delivery for the claim, or otherwise, your order will be deemed as received in full and in good conditions thus no damage claim will be available. Please note that the transit warranty does NOT cover all ATL deliveries due to unexpected incidents that may happen after the consignment is dropped off without anyone attending.


Overseas shipping is also available. However, due to product oversize, this service could be costly. For international shipping quotations, please contact us with the delivery details provided.​​​​​​​

As per the Ebay policies, if for any reason buyers are not satisfied with what they have ordered or they change their mind, simply return it within 30 days of receipt, and buyers will be refunded the product price in full. However, buyers have to arrange the return shipping. All shipping charges are non-refundable for this circumstance.


All returns must be in original condition and packaging. Refund is NOT accepted for any used, altered, modified, painted,  or damaged products.


We provide a 14 days limited warranty on product fitment for an EXTREME case only. We strongly advised buyers to have pre-fitted the products onto the vehicles within the warranty period. No warranty is provided for any used and altered product.


In an unlikely event that buyers have a defective or wrong product received or there is an extreme fitment to your product(s), buyers must report to us with visual evidence provided during the warranty period. We will start the investigation of the case and it usually takes 7-14 business days.


If a warranty is granted, we will arrange the return. Please keep products in original condition and with proper packaging for the courier collection.  For successfully returned orders, we will issue either a merchant credit or a refund.


If there still has not been any notification from the buyer on the warranty due date, then the order will be deemed as completed thus all the warranty becomes invalid.

Do your products come with a warranty?
All Motorkitz Team products sold from our official channels come with a limited warranty only, They are warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days from the date of purchase. Buyers are required to provide related photos to support the claim. Any product that is covered by this warranty and that is found in our reasonable judgment after our specialist's investigation to be defective in materials or workmanship will be replaced or refunded in the part or in full. Complete body kits will not be replaced or refunded if a single component is found to be defective.

The following situations are not covered by warranty:
• Product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident; or that has been improperly installed.
• Product that has been modified or altered from its original manufactured state.
• Costs incurred by the purchaser, such as transportation, additional labor costs, time, towing, storage, premium (air or overnight) freight charges, rental costs of any type, logistics, or economic losses, etc.
• Product that has not been installed by a certified professional with experience installing aftermarket aerodynamics.


Is fitment guaranteed?
Our factory suppliers use hydraulic molding production to ensure our products’ fitment is as closest to OEM standard. However, all fiberglass and carbon fiber products are hand-laid. Due to the nature of these materials and the manufacturing processing, perfect fitment could NOT be guaranteed.

With the vast of possibilities such as a vehicle not well repaired after accidents, strong heat environment, improper storage of products, poor installation…etc, products may not be fitted perfectly. Therefore product must be trial-fitted before further steps.

For an extreme fitment case, you must report to our customer service within 14 days of delivery and provide visual evidence to support it. It will be investigated by our specialist. We may offer a replacement or refund subject to the investigation result.


What are your return policies?

For eBay buyers, if for any reason you are not satisfied with what you ordered, simply contact us to return the product and receive a refund (subject to Ebay's T&C). Products returned within 30 days will receive a full refund of the product’s original purchase price. All approved returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of return approval, and all products must be in their original, unaltered condition. However, shipping charges are not refundable. Buyers are also responsible to facilitate the return. Please contact our sales department to obtain the return instructions.

Do your warranties apply to products that purchase from 3rd Parties?

All warranties are non-transferable. Motorkitz's products are also distributed by different resellers and distributors. Products sold by resellers, distributors, or any 3rd parties should apply their own warranties and return policies. 


Do the side skirts/fenders come as a pair?
Yes, all side skirts are sold as a pair only. Fenders and fender flares either come in a pair or complete front and rear set, depending on the application. Please refer to the product description of your specific application for more information.


Can I mix-n-match a kit?
Yes, simply add any item you wish to purchase to your cart to customize your selection.


Are these products street legal?
All products are sold for show purposes and/or off-road use only. Any damage or injury as a result of improper use of this product is the sole responsibility of the user. We strongly advise users to check with the road or transport department of their local government for the related laws and regulations.


Do your kits come painted?
All our fiberglass kits are raw. They are finishing with primer paint only and do not come body painted. For carbon fiber products, they are finished with a clear coating thus spray painting is not necessary. All products are required to be installed by a certified professional with extensive experience with aftermarket aerodynamic products. Test fitment of the product is required prior to any prepping or painting.


Why the product I got does not look exactly like the way I see it in the pictures?
The cars we use in our ads are all custom show cars. Due to the variety of custom modifications done to them, the results may differ from the pictures. As always, pictures are for illustration purposes only. Generally speaking, the core style will be the same.


INSTALLATION QUESTIONS


Do I need to remove the reinforcement bar?
Not in all cases. The removal of the reinforcement bar may be necessary for the correct fitment of certain products. In some instances, the reinforcement bar may not require removal or may just need to be trimmed.


Do your rear bumpers/diffusers work with aftermarket exhausts?
Due to the numerous variables related to exhaust systems we do not guarantee fitment with any aftermarket exhaust system. Our rear bumper and rear diffuser designs may require modification or alteration of OEM or aftermarket exhausts for proper fitment, depending on style and owner preference.


Am I able to reuse my OEM lighting?
Because our products are intended for off-road use only and designed to deliver the desired appearance, there is not always an option to reuse certain OEM lighting. Please refer to the product images on our site to better illustrate which OEM lighting can be reused.


Is it hard to install these products?

Professional installation by an experienced aftermarket aerodynamic installer is required on all products. The level of difficulty for installation varies for each application and is dependent on the experience of the installer. Parts may require sanding, shaving, cutting, and/or heating. Even though you might feel you have the experience and knowledge to install these products yourself, we do not recommend that any of our customers install the products themselves. Failure to have the product professionally installed may void the warranty.


What kind of body shop should I have this kit installed by?
When looking for a body shop, look for one with extensive experience in aftermarket aerodynamics installation. A body shop with 30 years of experience in doing collision work but no experience in aftermarket body kits is not recommended. It would be better to take the kit to a body shop with just 2 years in business but it is specialize in installing aftermarket products.


How much does it cost to paint and install these parts?
Installing aftermarket bodykits is NOT just a “Direct bolt-on” job. It requires extra labour work such as trial fitting, holes drilling, filling gaps, sanding…etc. it may incur higher charges and will be more expensive compared with installing OEM parts.  All buyers must put these charges as their considerations before purchasing. Due to the numerous variables that could affect the cost of installation, we are unable to give you an exact quote. We strongly recommend you thoroughly research installers in your area and obtain several quotes.


Can you install the products for me?
Motorkitz Team is strictly a distribution facility. We do not do any kind of bodywork or customization at our active site. However, you may contact us and we can assist with your installation and give professional advice. We also have our contractor panel shops that offer full installation and spray paint services. You may contact our customer services and provide the details to enquire for a quotation.


Do your kits come with hardware and instructions?
Most of our products do not come with instructions and hardware. Therefore, we recommend having a qualified professional body shop with experience in these products to perform the installation. If you wish to DIY, please read our product general guide before commencing as it contains important information for your needs and concerns.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS


Are the shipping fees refundable?
In most cases the shipping fees are non-refundable. However, in certain circumstances, a refund may be considered. For more information about your specific situation, please contact our Customer Service team.


Can I pay for my product when it arrives (COD)?
Unfortunately, all purchases are made on a pre-pay basis. Orders must be paid in full before they get processed.


Can I change the delivery address to another address?
We will ship the orders to the delivery address based on the order details. A service fee of AUD27.5 will be applied if the change of address request is submitted after the order is dispatched.


Can I use a PO Box address for the delivery?
Usually, bodykit products are oversize. They are unable to send through the post office. Thus we do not accept PO Box addresses for delivery.


How long does it take to receive my parts after I have placed an order?
All in-stock orders ship from our distribution center within 2 business days. From that point, you should expect an additional 1-10 business days for delivery. We will notify buyers of the ETA when your order has been dispatched.


I have missed the delivery. What should I do?
You will be notified of the ETA of your order when dispatched. Therefore, if you have missed the delivery, a service fee will be applied to reschedule it. For details, please refer to the "Shipping" section.

Usually, the shipping company will drop a card at your address if the delivery was not successful. Please contact the shipping company according to the information on the card to re-schedule your delivery.  


How can I avoid missing the delivery?

You can request ATL Delivery (Authority to leave). Please inform us if you wish ATL Delivery to be applied to your order. (shipping company's T&C applied)


What do I need to do when my parts are delivered?
When the shipment arrives, verify you have received all your items. If any item is missing you must note it on the delivery bill. You must also examine the condition of the parts. Never assume the parts are in good condition because the box is in good condition. If you do find damage to the parts, please physically write “Damaged” on the delivery bill. You will then accept the shipment as is, and notify us immediately (within 24 hrs of reception). We may ask for pictures to verify damage has occurred.


Are your products insured during shipping?
Yes, free transit insurance is included for all delivery orders (T&C applied). Please refer to the "Shipping" section for details.


How much does it cost for international shipping?
Shipping outside of Australia varies according to the destination. Usually, it is expensive to send bodykit products internationally due to oversize. If you wish to obtain a shipping quotation, please contact our customer service and provide your delivery address.


If I don’t notice damage upon delivery can I still return my part if I notice damage later?
If you did not note damage upon delivery the products cannot be returned to us. However, we could assist you to file a claim with the shipping company upon request. Please note that the damage claim for this circumstance could not be guaranteed.

What are your return policies?

For eBay buyers, if for any reason you are not satisfied with what you ordered, simply contact us to return the product and receive a refund (subject to Ebay's T&C). Products returned within 30 days will receive a full refund of the product’s original purchase price. All approved returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of return approval, and all products must be in their original, unaltered condition. However, shipping charges are not refundable. Buyers are also responsible to facilitate the return. Please contact our sales department to obtain the return instructions.

Do your warranties apply to products that purchase from 3rd Parties?

All warranties are non-transferable. Motorkitz's products are also distributed by different resellers and distributors. Products sold by resellers, distributors, or any 3rd parties should apply their own warranties and return policies. 


Do the side skirts/fenders come as a pair?
Yes, all side skirts are sold as a pair only. Fenders and fender flares either come in a pair or complete front and rear set, depending on the application. Please refer to the product description of your specific application for more information.


Can I mix-n-match a kit?
Yes, simply add any item you wish to purchase to your cart to customize your selection.


Are these products street legal?
All products are sold for show purposes and/or off-road use only. Any damage or injury as a result of improper use of this product is the sole responsibility of the user. We strongly advise users to check with the road or transport department of their local government for the related laws and regulations.


Do your kits come painted?
All our fiberglass kits are raw. They are finishing with primer paint only and do not come body painted. For carbon fiber products, they are finished with a clear coating thus spray painting is not necessary. All products are required to be installed by a certified professional with extensive experience with aftermarket aerodynamic products. Test fitment of the product is required prior to any prepping or painting.


Why the product I got does not look exactly like the way I see it in the pictures?
The cars we use in our ads are all custom show cars. Due to the variety of custom modifications done to them, the results may differ from the pictures. As always, pictures are for illustration purposes only. Generally speaking, the core style will be the same.


INSTALLATION QUESTIONS


Do I need to remove the reinforcement bar?
Not in all cases. The removal of the reinforcement bar may be necessary for the correct fitment of certain products. In some instances, the reinforcement bar may not require removal or may just need to be trimmed.


Do your rear bumpers/diffusers work with aftermarket exhausts?
Due to the numerous variables related to exhaust systems we do not guarantee fitment with any aftermarket exhaust system. Our rear bumper and rear diffuser designs may require modification or alteration of OEM or aftermarket exhausts for proper fitment, depending on style and owner preference.


Am I able to reuse my OEM lighting?
Because our products are intended for off-road use only and designed to deliver the desired appearance, there is not always an option to reuse certain OEM lighting. Please refer to the product images on our site to better illustrate which OEM lighting can be reused.


Is it hard to install these products?

Professional installation by an experienced aftermarket aerodynamic installer is required on all products. The level of difficulty for installation varies for each application and is dependent on the experience of the installer. Parts may require sanding, shaving, cutting, and/or heating. Even though you might feel you have the experience and knowledge to install these products yourself, we do not recommend that any of our customers install the products themselves. Failure to have the product professionally installed may void the warranty.


What kind of body shop should I have this kit installed by?
When looking for a body shop, look for one with extensive experience in aftermarket aerodynamics installation. A body shop with 30 years of experience in doing collision work but no experience in aftermarket body kits is not recommended. It would be better to take the kit to a body shop with just 2 years in business but it is specialize in installing aftermarket products.


How much does it cost to paint and install these parts?
Installing aftermarket bodykits is NOT just a “Direct bolt-on” job. It requires extra labour work such as trial fitting, holes drilling, filling gaps, sanding…etc. it may incur higher charges and will be more expensive compared with installing OEM parts.  All buyers must put these charges as their considerations before purchasing. Due to the numerous variables that could affect the cost of installation, we are unable to give you an exact quote. We strongly recommend you thoroughly research installers in your area and obtain several quotes.


Can you install the products for me?
Motorkitz Team is strictly a distribution facility. We do not do any kind of bodywork or customization at our active site. However, you may contact us and we can assist with your installation and give professional advice. We also have our contractor panel shops that offer full installation and spray paint services. You may contact our customer services and provide the details to enquire for a quotation.


Do your kits come with hardware and instructions?
Most of our products do not come with instructions and hardware. Therefore, we recommend having a qualified professional body shop with experience in these products to perform the installation. If you wish to DIY, please read our product general guide before commencing as it contains important information for your needs and concerns.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS


Are the shipping fees refundable?
In most cases the shipping fees are non-refundable. However, in certain circumstances, a refund may be considered. For more information about your specific situation, please contact our Customer Service team.


Can I pay for my product when it arrives (COD)?
Unfortunately, all purchases are made on a pre-pay basis. Orders must be paid in full before they get processed.


Can I change the delivery address to another address?
We will ship the orders to the delivery address based on the order details. A service fee of AUD27.5 will be applied if the change of address request is submitted after the order is dispatched.


Can I use a PO Box address for the delivery?
Usually, bodykit products are oversize. They are unable to send through the post office. Thus we do not accept PO Box addresses for delivery.


How long does it take to receive my parts after I have placed an order?
All in-stock orders ship from our distribution center within 2 business days. From that point, you should expect an additional 1-10 business days for delivery. We will notify buyers of the ETA when your order has been dispatched.


I have missed the delivery. What should I do?
You will be notified of the ETA of your order when dispatched. Therefore, if you have missed the delivery, a service fee will be applied to reschedule it. For details, please refer to the "Shipping" section.

Usually, the shipping company will drop a card at your address if the delivery was not successful. Please contact the shipping company according to the information on the card to re-schedule your delivery.  


How can I avoid missing the delivery?

You can request ATL Delivery (Authority to leave). Please inform us if you wish ATL Delivery to be applied to your order. (shipping company's T&C applied)


What do I need to do when my parts are delivered?
When the shipment arrives, verify you have received all your items. If any item is missing you must note it on the delivery bill. You must also examine the condition of the parts. Never assume the parts are in good condition because the box is in good condition. If you do find damage to the parts, please physically write “Damaged” on the delivery bill. You will then accept the shipment as is, and notify us immediately (within 24 hrs of reception). We may ask for pictures to verify damage has occurred.


Are your products insured during shipping?
Yes, free transit insurance is included for all delivery orders (T&C applied). Please refer to the "Shipping" section for details.


How much does it cost for international shipping?
Shipping outside of Australia varies according to the destination. Usually, it is expensive to send bodykit products internationally due to oversize. If you wish to obtain a shipping quotation, please contact our customer service and provide your delivery address.


If I don’t notice damage upon delivery can I still return my part if I notice damage later?
If you did not note damage upon delivery the products cannot be returned to us. However, we could assist you to file a claim with the shipping company upon request. Please note that the damage claim for this circumstance could not be guaranteed.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express for eBay buyers. For direct purchase, we accept Cash on pick up (appointment only) and Bank transfer. However, due to the price variance, Paypal and credit card payments will incur a service fee.


Do you price match?
Motorkitz Team strives to provide quality products. Our retail prices on eBay are set. However, you may contact our sales department for direct purchase and we can offer a separate quotation to you.


What is the expected response time if I send you an email or leave a voice message with a rep?
Due to the high volume of messages and emails every day, please allow more time for us to respond to your enquires. We strive to respond to every customer call or email within two business days. Thank you for your patience.
