This is a recent estate auction find.

David Helton Cartoonist Signed Lithograph Children's Drawing Addition 1979.

Here is the history on this piece we were able to obtain from the family:

In 1971 a child was taken to see David's studio. David asked him to make a drawing. After the child was done, David drew a frog next to child's drawing. Given that the man that child drew was missing a head the picture was called "Frog eating a man's head". 

Picture was sealed in plastic and given to the child as a gift. Here it is 50 years later.

Measures 12"x16".

Good vintage condition showing minor wear from age. Lithograph is sealed in plastic.
