Started Painting in 1977 after a chance meeting with Artist James Casey, who introduced her to Max Meldrum's Tonalism

Won her First Art Prize in 1980, Over the years won over 200 awards

Specialized in depicting the scenery of the Hunter Valley and surrounding countryside

also travelled and painted in France
