This is an EVERSHARP "64"  button activated repeater pencil in deep blue  5-1/4" long. This pen is distinctive for its solid 14K gold top and trim.  Non- gold models in this line were all from the PARK AVENUE series and late SKYLINE models with solid gold top and trim were also designated as "64s." This  has the normal EVERSHARP  imprint on the top band and just below on the top "14K SOLID GOLD" in tiny letters. There are a couple of extremely light scratches on the gold top, not in my view significant. The pencil uses .046" lead and readily advances at the push of the button. I will note that on occasion  the action of the movement will snap the long lead, I think due to the sticky-ness  of the rings which contain the tines which open and close allowing movement of the lead when the button is depressed (I think I've observed this only on manual retraction of the lead).  These probably should be cleaned. Generally operation is smooth.  No flaws to any kind of the plastic or to the gold itself.
