GENERAL INFORMATION: 

1. Shipping charges are free for the UK mainland only. All other destinations ie. islands or rural/isolated areas may be a subject of courier surcharges or different tariffs at all.

Please note that we could only ship internationally to the countries selected by Ebay and where the Global Shipping Programme operates. To see the total costs including import duties and shipping charges to your destination please visit the "Postage" section, where you could select your country and see the total cost of product(s) with shipping and all the import duties included.

Where eBay has collected VAT under the UK or EU rules:

Ebay will issue the invoice to the buyers. Invoices will include the VAT amount collected by Ebay. Ebay will remit this VAT amount to the responsible tax authorities. Sellers will not issue separate VAT invoices in this case.

2. Delivery / Courier delays - We do NOT accept any liability / responsibility for delayed deliveries by the couriers. We try our best to get the goods to the customer on time, but  please note that delivery time specified on our listings are only estimate, and may vary under certain circumstance, for example festive seasons like Xmas, Easter, bad weather conditions etc. 

3. All components should be fitted with the professional manner by a professional garage and authorised person, and every component should be inspected before the installation, in case of noticeable defect it should be immediately reported, and under any circumstances the component should not be fitted until replaced.

4. All  parts are covered with 1 year warranty, or - in case of the service parts (ie. filters) 6000 miles. Special warranty conditions may apply to SRT-8 and SRT-10 models and also some other post 2018 build engines, where 0W/40 or 0W/20 oil grade is used. Warranty does not apply to:

*products that are new, unused or show signs of normal wear but are not defective,

*products which have been installed on non-catalogued applications,

*products which have been misused, modified, altered, improperly applied or installed,

*product damaged in an accident or by fire, weather, or any other force majeure event or hazard,

*products which have been installed on vehicles used for commercial, fleet, Governmental or racing 

  purposes, or damaged due to vehicle modifications,

*product that has been transferred from the vehicle on which it was originally installed,

*products installed on vehicles that have been modified outside the specifications of the vehicle’s original 

  equipment manufacturer, including but not limited to aftermarket modifications for racing, off-road, 

  or powersports purposes.

5. Our information about fitment provided in our item descriptions are correct as per actual vehicle catalogue model year, not as indicated by the vehicle reg. numbers.

Please also note that eBay vehicle compatibility list is a third party software application, which - although constantly updated and improved - may not be 100% accurate, ie. may display a different  - than actual - model years of some vehicles or, specific only to certain market area engine versions, which doesn't include your version, or may not display your vehicle model at all, due to some other, locally imposed trade restrictions.
