1. Question:   Is there a warrranty?
1. Answer:     Yes 30 days on rebuilt joysticks and 90 days on new Joysticks.

2. Question:   Why do you ask me to send photos? 
2. Answer:     It is only needed if you can't find the Joystick you need I can then help you find it. 
              To send a Photo click contact seller, at the bottom of that page you will find the option to
              attach up to 5 photos. One photo of the joystick face is usually fine.


3. Question:   Why do you say you will call before shipping my Joystick.
3. Answer:      Here at The Joystick Factory we believe that communication is very important, before and after, your               purchase.
              Follow-up communication is very important because Joysticks are very often misdiagnosed. 
              So that is why we need to talk before filling your order. Ebay will give me your number only after you buy.

4. Question:   Why you need the old Joystick returned?
4. Answer:     It is important to note that the joystick factory is in the business of rebuilding
              joysticks, not selling used ones for that reason it is required that you return your old joystick
              or we would soon be out of business. So please answer you phone when I call to arrange for
              your core return look for 214 area code on your caller ID. PS I will pay for return shipping cost.

5. Question:   Can I call you with any question about my chair or batteries.

6.Question:    Why do you prefer a phone call over a text.
6.Answer:      Because it is easier and faster to talk. Often I need to ask additional
                      questions, and the answers may require an explanation. 

  If the item does not work on your chair when received, simply (Call Gary) we can determine together if this part needs to be replaced because of a defect or exchanged because 
it is the wrong part.

 
 

              


Rebuilt Electronics

Rebuilt joysticks, controllers, or other rebuilt electronics have a 30 day warranty from the date of receipt.

Joystick Factory warrants to the original purchaser (user) that all other items not specifically identified on this Warranty Policy page shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt. 
 
Conditions and Limitations

1. The user shall permit examination of the item by a Joystick Factory  company representative.
2. Only the remaining unused portion of the original item?s warranty shall apply to the replacement item. 
3. This warranty is void if the item is subject to misuse, abuse, visible physical damage, or if it becomes unusable due to fire, 
wreckage, flooding, freezing, or any other mishap, beyond the control of the Joystick Factory.   
4. The above stated warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, 
any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness. In no event shall Joystick Factory 
 be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages or loss.
 As stated herein, Joystick Factory  shall not be liable for any defects in, or any breach of contracts relating to the quality
 or performance of the above equipment under any theory of law. 
5. This limited warranty shall apply to the original purchaser (user) and is not transferable. 
6. The user shall promptly notify Joystick Factory  in the event of an alleged defect.
7. Any other implied warranties on these parts including, but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose,
 are hereby disclaimed. In no event shall Joystick Factory  be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages or loss.
 As stated herein, Joystick Factory  shall not be liable for any defects in, or any breach of contracts relating to the quality
 or performance of the above equipment under any theory of law.

Procedure call me 

Please note that the cost of shipping a warrantied item back to us for inspection is the responsibility of the customer.
 All warranties cover the cost of a replacement item and the cost of shipping that replacement item to the customer,
 but they do not cover the cost of shipping the original item back to Joystick Factory  for inspection.

If our inspection confirms that the item has failed and that none of the conditions and limitations apply,
 then we will promptly ship you a replacement item. If the replacement item is out of stock or backordered, 
then we will promptly ship the item to you as soon as it becomes available to us. Joystick Factory is not liable for any
 damages resulting from a replacement warranty item being out of stock or backordered. 
If the warrantied item is temporarily or permanently unavailable, a comparable substitute item may be sent
 at the sole discretion of Joystick Factory.

If an item is shipped back to us for warranty inspection and we determine that the item is still in good useable condition or
 that the warranty was voided because one of the conditions and limitations applies, 
then the cost of shipping the item back to the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
