The display between August and November is remarkable for the high standing brilliant red flowers, carried on vibrant red stems, occurring in urban and coastal regions. 

It is desirable as a cut flower, possessing an unusual form and MAGNIFICENT red flowers that last well.

Useful as a tub specimen, shrub or coastal planting. which grows best in full sunlight, partial shade and well drained sandy soil.
