• Please carefully measure and select your jacket/coat size as per the size chart attached.

• We also offer "Made-To-Order" services. You can share your own designs and measurements (mainly comprising chest, waist, shoulder and sleeve size) which we would be pleased to make for you. We can also add, in case you require, any additional logos or your name on the jacket. However, customization would be charged separately and may require additional dispatch time.

• In case size is not available, item would be dispatched from our overseas manufacturing unit.

Dispatch Time:

• We dispatch all items within 3 to 5 working days after the order confirmation.

• In case of certain destinations, Tracking Number may not be available immediately after item is marked as shipped. In such cases, Tracking Number may be available 2 to 3 days after dispatch.

Additional Information:

• In case of certain countries, any unusual import charges, duties, or taxes will be borne by the buyer.

• The color of jacket/coat in the picture may slightly vary due to processing details.

• Leather products may smell initially due to fresh leather used for manufacturing.

Return and Exchange:

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery; customers will pay return shipping charges.

We work for customer satisfaction and try to serve them the best. Custom-made items and special deal orders are not returnable or exchangeable.  

It is very important that, you double check your measurements carefully before placing an order. For the wrong size ordered we don't give refund or exchange, so please kindly check your size from the size chart attached before placing order to avoid any kind of inconvenience. In case you are not sure about your size you can ask us for help.
