This is a very nice handcrafted AM two tube tunable radio transmitter which is designed to broadcast music.  The operating frequency is 1000 KHz with crystal control and the output power is 1.5 watts. This transmitter runs on 12 volts DC (with a DC 12 Volts power supply). This great transmitter is specially designed for electron tube enthusiasts and has 6J6 and 6AH6 tubes.  You can connect the AF input (modulator input) directly to a casette  player, MP3 Player, Ipod, PC sound card, mobile phone or CD player's output and you can listen your music on  your AM radio whatever if the radio is old or new. Also you can connect a microphone preamplifier if you want to transmit your voice. It operates on 12 Volts DC  (DC power supply operated) (power supply not included). You only need a good quality DC supply and a telescopic or wire antenna (a few meters long) to run this AM transmitter. This unit is pretty sufficient for indoor use and mostly designed to use as a simple station for your antique radios.
