          Working principle of centrifuge
    • The operator fills the filter bag with crushed plant material and puts it in the machine.
    • Then add alcohol until the plant material is submerged, set the program to rotate in both directions to fully extract the effective ingredients in the plant.
    • Open the valve at the bottom to release the extract, and the plant material is rotated at high speed to remove the liquid as much as possible.
    • The alcohol lotion is further processed.

      Features:

    • The centrifuge is specially designed for plant extraction, with airtight, explosion-proof and clean functions. The centrifuge adopts a flat-bottomed drum structure, which has a large volume, higher cleanliness, and a pollution-free structure design.
    • The centrifuge is made of SU304, with sanitary surface treatment, no dead ends.
    • Liquid inlet and outlet adopt sanitary quick-connect interface with visual barrel and valve.
    • All seals are sealed with PTFE or fluorine rubber, and the main shaft is double-layer fluorine rubber water/oil seal. Three-phase 220V explosion-proof motor, PLC and touch screen control, frequency conversion control cabinet.
    • Equipped with two inlet/air inlet pipes, one with valve vacuum interface, one drain port and coolant inlet and outlet. The cylinder has a cooling spacer. The base is equipped with 4 lifting rings for easy loading and unloading.
