Faults and Returns

Faulty items MUST be reported to us via eBay messages, followed by a video or photos to show the fault within 7 business days.

Our technicians may reach out to you via email or mobile to provide further assistance.

Regarding faulty items, the buyer must provide a video of the fault, and the buyer must arrange to package the item safely and send the item back to us within 7 days of opening a return request.


Do you provide eBay invoice or receipt?

Yes on request we provide a eBay receipt.

If you have a faulty item, who pays for postage costs?

Please note that we offer free postage on all our items to keep customers satisfied. However, once we confirm the fault and a video is sent, we will approve the return and cover all costs back to us using an eBay return label.

What happens after an item is returned because the customer says it's faulty, not faulty, or damaged in transit?

If we get the item back and find it not to be faulty, the customer will only get a refund of 50 percent, or if the wrong item is returned, an eBay case will be raised for the incorrect item.
