          product is damaged during installation, we are not responsible for the refund unless damaged was caused by installation
          instructions that we or the product provided.

      2. If your item is damaged or defective upon receiving, we will pay for your return/exchange and we will be responsible

      3. You may return/exchange any unopened products in resellable condition, we do not pay for shipping. After we rece ive 
          the package, if product is in resalable condition, full refund of the product's selling price will be issued.
