How do I even measure this??

It was slightly big on the mannequin in the neck (which is 11"), but the chains draped fine on her. So i guess best for a small or medium? you should have probably under a 14" neck, and 36" or under chest, so the chains aren't too restricting. 

or the lace section can be worn lower, at the clavicle and draped over the shoulders, if your neck is too slender.
