Beautiful Large Vintage Mercury Glass Lamp.

Unbranded, but could possibly be made by Tyndale, as I have seen similar lamps that are labeled Tyndale.

Mid Century Modern or Hollywood Regency Style.

Very Good condition, no cracks, chips in the glass. Works fine. 3-way switch. Has an on off switch at the socket and along the electrical wire.

The mercury glass is a bit clouded or dulled due to aging on the inside where the silvering is applied. This is typical for an older Mercury Glass Lamp. It creates a more mellow look. I have tried to show the appearance of the mercury glass in three different lights. Indoors with an overhead light, outdoors in somewhat shady area and outdoors in strong light. See photos. 

The lamp base is wooden. Above that is metal as the cap on top of the glass. I believe the finial is original.

With its current harp, Lamp stands approx. 32” tall from table top to top of black ball finial.

If desired, a shorter harp could be used.
