This is brand new and has never been worn it is excellent condition and has no fraying tearing or pulls to the body or seat, or hem area.

The is a UK 20 but please note sizing differs between manufacturers, therefore please see the measurements below, also compare to a Skirt you already own as I can't be held responsible for incorrect sizing, all measurements were taken with the garment laid flat.

Size 20

Measurements while laid flat:

Waist: 20 inches  (to fit a waist 38 - 40")

Hips: Measurement at widest point  28"

Length: 17 inches (middle of skirt)
