For your consideration is this outstanding bud vase that is marked on the bottom with the Erdmann Schlegelmilch factory mark used from 1902 to 1920. It is about 9 3/4 inches tall, glazed in burgundy with long graceful handles glazed in gold. There are gold flowers decorating the areas not covered by the oval panel on the front, of two beautiful ladies reading a book with a courtier looking over their shoulders, a scene taken from Fragonard. My first photo captures the true color of the vase, which is in excellent condition, with no problems at all.
