I am a retired Antiques Dealer who is gradually disposing of his stock through EBay. All items listed are genuine in my expert opinion, and the condition of the item is as listed. If any item is found to be not as described, or if the condition varies markedly from that given in the listing, then I will give a full money back guarantee upon receipt of the disputed item as long as I am notified within 5 days of receipt. I will also refund return Royal Mail 'signed for' postage costs. In all other returns the purchaser will be responsible for the return postage cost.

If there is anything that you are particularly collecting, or you have a wants list, please feel free to ask. If it is not immediately to hand (3 storerooms), I will make a note and come back to you if it turns up.

This is a Mid 19th Century Silver Plated Tea Pot and Creamer in the Regency Style. The hexagonal body is shaped and fluted with scrolled rims and flared foot. The hinged cover is also fluted with a small cone finial. The base of the body has the marks for the period and also the maker's marks which have not been identified.

The condition of each piece is good with no dents. However the tea pot in particular would benefit from a good polish.

The pot stands 6 inches high, is 12 inches long and weighs 0.75Kgm.

Unless otherwise stated, I offer a P&P service for all mainland UK destinations by Royal Mail Second Class 'Signed For' service, subject to the following restrictions - small parcel size or less, under 2 kilos in weight and under £50 in value. Please note the exception for Jewellery items below. For all other P&P options please see the listing. I am happy to send items over £50 in value under the same P&P conditions, but these will be at the buyer's risk. For items over £50 in value, with full cover, then please stipulate Royal Mail Special Delivery.

All Jewellery items must be sent by Special Delivery as the Royal Mail will not insure any other method. If another method is selected by the buyer then the responsibility is entirely theirs for any loss or mis-delivery.

The P&P for all my overseas deliveries is for tracked/signed plus insurance where appropriate. If you do not want insurance then please indicate, but the limit of cover will be £50 and the rest will be at your own risk. I will send overseas through Royal Mail Standard International, which is a significantly cheaper service, but the limit of cover will be £20 and the rest will be entirely at your own risk. These are all Royal Mail conditions which they are now strictly enforcing.
